The cottage is an ideal location for exploring the county as well as neighboring counties Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim. The cottage is located on a small working farm where we have a number of rare breeds such as Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, Highland Cattle, Irish Moiled and Dexter Cattle. We are also lucky to have a large variety of wild birds on the farm. The Tully Cottage is 3 Star NITB (Northern Ireland Tourist Board) approved self catering cottage with beautiful views over Lower Lough Erne in Co Fermanagh. Tully Cottage is ideally situated for all sorts of outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, walking, boating, climbing, pot holing and bird watching. Tully Cottage is Strictly Non Smoking.
This self catering cottage is split level with the first floor consisting of the kitchen/living area with a separate cloakroom. Downstairs has two twin bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with patio doors leading out onto the lawn and patio. The kitchen is fully equipped to include; dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, television with teletext, dvd player, oil fired central heating, immersion heater and ironing facilities. The bathroom has a walk in electric shower, bath with over head shower and a toilet. All bed linen, towels and electricity are included and there is ample parking space beside the cottage.
