There is a low bridge opposite to the famous pottery centre. Here the current, at times reaches up to 6 knots. A sluice system controls the level of Lough Erne. Quaint holiday chalets make the region picture post card perfect. Every year Belleek throbs to the tune of the Fiddle Festival. Fiddlers from all over Ireland come to enliven a weekend with traditional Irish melodies.
